New Era of Partnership Training

New Era of Partnership Training 2017-12-22T15:11:40+00:00

Project Description

This one-day course provides insight into the elements health care organizations need in partners. This course is developed to be a one-on-one discussion between BSWH leaders and course attendees/leaders from potential partner organizations. Organizations should plan to send 15-25 of their leaders.

In the experience of Baylor Scott & White Health leaders, organizations often fail to achieve their quality goals because they lose sight of, or never fully understand, that changing an organization to achieve high-quality outcomes requires more than people, tools, processes, and an organization; it requires blending these components together in a mutually supportive way and doing so in sync with where the organization is on its journey to achieving its quality goals.

To achieve their quality goals, organizations must identify strategic partners with aligned goals. This one-day course provides insight into the elements health care organizations need in partners. This course is developed to be a one-on-one discussion between BSWH leaders and course attendees/leaders from potential partner organizations. Organizations should plan to send 15-25 of their leaders.
